Job Type: Full-time, In Office
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring timely renewal processes and providing ongoing support to clients.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide exceptional customer service. Address inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, process policy changes, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to effectively advise clients and enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid insurance license or be able to acquire in 6 months.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willing to train the right individual.
